No sir it is not Louisiana. I looked to see if they received anything and it appears they did not. The zip code is the Federal government ID for each state. It is their capitol. If you take the time to look at the website every entity awarded anything is recognized under it's respective state capitol zip code.

I posted to somewhat ask if anyone had firsthand knowledge if BV received or is going to receive this money.
