Many thanks to TOPS and MUD 12 for their ongoing work on our water difficulties and to the wonderful neighbors who are helping each other with water leaks, burst pipes and the other inconveniences brought on by this cold weather. TOPS continues to work today rather than being with their families, they are appreciated.
