45NOW Southbound I-45 exit closed to State Highway 96 The southbound Gulf Freeway exit ramp to State Highway 96 will be closed on Wednesday (4/26/2023). The closure is scheduled from 9 AM to 3 PM. Traffic will use the exit ramp at FM 518 and continue on the frontage road. Traffic can also use the FM 646 exit and u-turn to SH-96. |
