From i45-Now: SH 146 closures throughout the area

Closure 1:

6th Street in Kemah will be closed to eastbound and westbound traffic at the intersection of state Highway 146 from Wednesday (6/21/2023) at 7 AM until June 30, 2023 at 3 PM.

Detour for southbound SH 146 traffic to turn onto 6th Street. Turn right onto FM 2094, turn right at Carolyn Street and take the 3rd Street U-turn to access 6th Street via Texas Avenue.

Detour for westbound 6th Street traffic to southbound SH 146. Turn right onto SH 146, continue north towards NASA and take the NASA U-turn onto southbound SH 146.

Closure 2:

FM 518 will be closed to eastbound and westbound traffic at the intersection of SH 146 from Thursday (6/22/2023) at 7 AM until July 7, 2023 at 3 PM.

Detour for northbound SH 146 traffic to FM 518. Continue north through the intersection, turn left onto FM 2094, make a U-turn onto southbound SH 146, continue south and turn right onto FM 518.

Detour for eastbound FM 518 traffic to northbound SH 146. Turn right onto southbound SH 146, turn left onto Bel Road and turn left onto northbound SH 146.
