IMPROVEMENTS TO 994 BONITA


• Replace nine block columns, install new rebar, replace 2X12 stringer, install power beam, replace eight 4X4 structural posts supporting stairs & rails. All foundation support work will be new.
• Paint interior paneling, walls, cabinets, doors and trim, inside closets.
• Paint (and repair as needed) exterior walls, eaves, trim, doors, and decorative louvres.
• Remove entry tile, install luxury vinyl planking in living/dining/hallway/plus 2 bedrooms/closets.
• Install new painted baseboards.
• Replace all cabinet hardware throughout home.
• Install new ceiling fans w/light kits.
• Replace living room ceiling lights.
• Replace towel bars, toilet holders, shower curtain bar w/oil rubbed bronze.
• Replace all interior door handles w/oil rubbed bronze levers. Replace/paint hinges.
• Replace front door handles w/oil rubbed bronze levers.
• Remove sink in 3rd bedroom/office & build-in entertainment cubby.
• Remove carpeted window sills & replace with new painted carpentry.
• Replace outside light at front door.
• Paint and repair elevator doors and entry screen door.
• Remove extraneous décor attached to outside walls and deck.
• Provide quality seashore themed artwork for living area.
• Power wash, resurface and paint breezeway.
• Ensure electrical in home and downstairs in good working order. Air conditioning and furnace have been inspected and are in good working order.
• Replace planters in front of home with matching containers.
