i45NOW Southbound Gulf Freeway entrance ramp closure at FM 646 The southbound Interstate 45 entrance ramp from FM 646 in Dickinson will be closed on Tuesday (9/26/2023) from 10 AM to 1 PM. Motorists will need to use the entrance ramp from FM 517 to enter southbound I-45. |
