I am looking for a career with a salary, but am currently open to any type of work.

I was working under my mentor and friend, Don Sneed, at Commercial Sound Services. Doing my best to be a good assistant and helper, climbing ladders and going into crawlspaces and other places he just could not, meanwhile also learning a lot as an Audio / Video Integrator. Also, our banter made drive time to projects fly by!

He had been mentioning more and more about retiring, and in late August, he informed me that it was officially over for him. This after I had only recently totaled our car, driving southbound on I-45 and where there is no shoulder and the road goes over Exit 12 (Kelley’s Country Cooking), I came over the overpass to find a 40 gallon trash bin in my lane... in rush hour, attempting to avoid it I dragged along the concrete barrier. After using up my 6 swear words for the day, I jumped out and ran back and began directing traffic to two lanes, before someone came over the hill and it was a car there instead of just a trash bin. My accident, I believe, and me getting out there and doing what I did, likely stopped a 40 car pileup and hours of people being stuck in traffic. A week later, my cell phone wouldn’t catch a charge, permanently in hibernation mode. Another Plot Twist!

I have updated my resume and have been working to find work, (which is a full time job itself), but have as of yet to locate such an opportunity. I would greatly appreciate any referrals or leads or opportunities you can send me.
I do graphic design and can update your own business or company’s look, or make forms, or brochures, or signage.
I am a Desktop Support Technician and am great at troubleshooting and can get your tv, computer, network, printer, etc to act smarter.
I am also an organizer and can help assist with honey-do lists, helping knock out tasks or projects.
