I live in redfish towards the end

Someone’s grey and white cats are roaming the streets all day and tearing up peoples trash
In my trash as well as my neighbors

As well as coming in my yard and digging up stuff and spraying

Ive been here several months and their are ordinances for animals

I love animals but I don’t want cats in my yard thank you
