Please be advised that on the night of Wednesday, May 29, there will be a total closure of the I-45 northbound mainlanes at the Texas City Wye. This closure will begin at 9pm 5/29/24 and will end at 5am 5/30/24.

Official Detour – Traffic to exit for SH146 NB, then continue onto SH3 until the FM519 intersection where they will turn left onto FM519. They will then take FM519 to I-45 northbound frontage road and use the next available entrance ramp to enter I-45

Alternate Detour – Traffic to exit for SH146 NB, then use the U-turn lane at the SL197 intersection to merge onto SB SH146. They will then keep right onto I-45 northbound frontage road and merge onto I-45 northbound main lanes..
