Both eastbound and westbound at IH-45 in Dickinson will be closed beginning on August 28 and will remain closed through late September. Traffic will be unavailable from 9:00 PM to 5:00 AM, excluding on Sundays.

Drivers heading eastbound will make a right at the intersection of FM 517 and the IH-45 southbound frontage road, and will use the Hughes Road overpass to the IH-45 northbound frontage road before making a right turn and continuing to FM 517.

Westbound drivers will need to make a right turn at the intersection of FM 517 and the IH 45 northbound frontage road. They then will need to make a U-turn at FM 646 and continue onto the IH 45 southbound frontage road to connect to FM 517.
