As the developer of Bayou Vista & Omega Bay, he had a file room consisting of all homes built in both subdivisions. It was always his wish when the doors closed on his developer’s office that the property owners have an opportunity to obtain their master file of their home.
If you are interested in owning your file that may/may not consist of original blue prints, surveys, closing docs, and/or various miscellaneous data pertaining to your home,

In the subject line put your physical address of the file you are interested in & further instructions will be emailed to you on how to acquire them.
There will be a nominal fee of $20/file to cover the cost of retrieval & processing, along with proof of ownership to obtain your file.
