From today's Galveston County Daily News:

Three lanes on Interstate 45 will be closed from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Monday, Texas Department of Transportation spokesman Danny Perez said.

Crews will alternate between working on lanes headed north and south, he said.

They will start their work at the state Highway 6-state Highway 146 interchange near Bayou Vista and move south until they reach Harborside Drive in Galveston, he said.

They will leave one lane open while they refresh faded striping on the roads, he said.
