Looks like a semi tried to turn from Neptune to Ling and damaged the curb concrete as well as leaving a hugh rut. I believe I saw a BVPD unit behind the semi (from my window).
Hopefully, the city charges the semi owner so that the citizens are not stuck with the bill.
