My acquaintance (a Meteorologist) needs their permission to use some old Hurricane Alicia photos
in a disaster training broadcast.
I personally was given their permission to use the photos on the old BayouVista.com website.
I will post a link to that page at the bottom.
This is the only info I have:
"Photos of aftermath of Hurricane Alicia ~ September 1983.
Thanks to Jason Jack for submitting these photos.
His grandparents Paul & Dorothy Jack lived on Marlin in 1974 - 1989.
They took the below photos of Hurricane Alicia aftermath in the Galveston & Bayou Vista area.
Hurricane Alicia hit August 18, 1983. It was a category 3 hurricane, with wind of 115 mph."
