Purchased years ago from an upscale Memorial area shop with a retail remembered to be in the $700.00 range. No large wall forced it into the closet several years ago. Offers in the $250.00 range are currently being considered.

Picture and frame are in great condition.
The double matted frame is worth significant $'s alone.
