— Loss of water service due to a lighting strike at the water plant. —- This morning between 3-4am there was a storm that moved through Bayou Vista that caused a lighting strike at plant. The strike caused a failure of the master 400 amp circuit breaker for the potable water pumping and pressurization control system. A new part is on the way along with the repair crew to install it. Due to a pressure loss a boil water notice will be in effect once service is restored. Eric Moeller MUD 12 Vice President
