Wondering if anyone else is having this problem in BV: for several days now all the cold water faucets around my house on Ling St. provide only lukewarm water, no matter how long I run the cold water.

Yep, normal for me on Marlin for this time of year. It comes out warm. Part of that I am sure is my outdoor plumbing.
