The billboard on the end of tarpon has power to i got to looking. Seens that thete is a line breaker right by the billboard that is open and feeds tarpon and baypo vista dr. May be a simple thing thats keeping us from power. If you see a center point person have them take a look.

Have a "back-up generator", no power, and no natural gas to run the "back-up generator". The water had already started receding when THEY made the decision to cut off the gas.
