As a retired Telecom/Network Engineer I swithched to ATT single mode fiber. Xfinity is 60 year of technology that has out lived its usefulness and reliability.

I am also a telecom engineer and made the switch to fiber as soon as it became available.

I have had problems with Xfinity including no phone, no internet, no TV. Of course it is back on today. And the number of back and forth messages. Does any one have some options?
