Power outage

I talked to the Center Point guy this morning and he says the power may not be out at all and if it does it should only be for an hour or two. They will be working all week changing out poles. Also, I talked to Louis' bait camp and they will be open if you want to go there.

We certainly appreciate the advance notice.
However, the thought of having no power caused some stress as well, especially for 80 year olds. And we have quite a few of those in Bayou Vista.
So is cutting the power still on their list, or will Center Point manage without cutting off the power to our city?
The citizens would like to know.
