Corner... Store?

This morning, at the grocery store, there was a subtle, yet weird scenario. A gal got out of a car, went into the store, had items purchased for her and then was left outside on the curb as the car she got out of drove away. As far as i know this isnt a bus stop of any kind. Hinting real hard here.
Im not for the freedom killing ALPR's but maybe they can be of use here. idk.

I may be wrong, but I believe our CITY cameras have ALPR

Yeah. Something we dont have a say over, yet a service we have to pay for. How did we ever survive without them? I can see someone loves safety over freedom and liberty.

Anyways, the message was more about the potential trafficking, potential prostitution/pimping, etc. happening in or around the neighborhood. I suppose the actual point message wasnt clear. Something for someone else to look into. Or not.

I am so confused by this post. There's an indication a woman was being trafficked, someone saw it, and no one did anything? What am I missing?
