Bayou Vista & Omega Bay Neighbors If anyone would like the master file for their house due to Ed Saconas passing & no succession plan for the Saconas files for most of the houses in Bayou Vista & Omega Bay. Kelly Eaton Vernon is trying to clear out the office (856 Bonita upstairs) and would like for all home owners that want these records to get them. For example - we purchased our records and they prove that our house is pre firm so we’ll be providing the insurance company with this new information to reopen our flood claim!
I think the city should purchase any remaining records to help future home owners with their lot/ home history.
