Bayou Vista and Omega Bay Residents: If you’d like to pick up your Master House File, please come by soon. My dad has been diagnosed with brain cancer and will be coming home on hospice, so when that time comes, I’ll be in New Braunfels helping my sister care for him. During the day, I’ll be cleaning out his apartment in Texas City, but I want to make time in the evenings to be here for anyone who still needs their file. I’d really appreciate your input on what times work best for everyone. I’m volunteering, so please help me help you in the best way possible. I also ask, please — no rude or snide comments. These files were carefully preserved over the years, and some contain important details like your home’s actual construction date. Several residents have already used their files to prove the CAD records were incorrect. We can thank Ed Saconas for keeping these records in such pristine condition all these years. In the subject line put your physical address of the file you are interested in & further instructions will be emailed to you on how to acquire them.
There was an older post from Kelly that had this number: 832-721-5514. She has not published it with her posts of when she would be in the office.
