First, Vegas Lines start the day or night before a game. Once set, they change according to the Money on the side of the underdog or favorite, whichever increases the most over time... in the below examples,

SMC started with a line of -21; It is now -23.5;
Gonzaga started with a line of -13.5 and now is 15..
THE OTHER TWO LINES HAVE CHANGED SLIGHTLY,
LMU'S LINE has dropped; USF line has gone up to 14.5 and now is back at 14.
The public seems to be satisfied at these levels;
So when you use any vegas line, it depends upon the time you select it.
