Opening Round Lines

#8 Portland (-4.5) v. #9 San Diego. O/U 159.5. Both teams finished their regular season poorly, with the Pilots dropping 4 of their last 5 and Lavin's Toreros losing five straight. I expect the Pilots to cover comfortably.

#7 Pacific (+2) v. #10 Pepperdine. O/U 160. Whoa! A higher seed as the underdogs!?! And the higher seed swept the regular season series, too. Anyone know what's going on here? I fully expect the Tigers to be the Dons' opponent on Friday. The Under seems sweet to me too, although I am far less confident.

Headed out tomorrow and will be there in the early afternoon! Looking forward to another fun time in Sin City (and hopefully a Dons win or two)
