This is a perfect opportunity to remind Pick 'Em Players we introduce Over/Unders in this, WCC Final Jeopardy. It takes a special kind of degenerate gambler to bet on a game like this. On one side of the court, we have Zombie Romar and The Team That Quit (I seriously doubt transfer-bound Houston Mallette suits up for this one). On the other side, we have the Hapless Tigers and their interim head coach, Josh Newman. Newman has 26(!) years of coaching experience, including 15(!) as a head coach, none in D1. His last gig was three seasons for the D2 Texas Permian Basin Falcons. "Clear eyes, full hearts", Tigers.

The Waves won the first matchup in Malibu in January, 93-78, Two weeks ago, Pepperdine beat UOP , 89-70.

Going all-in on Zombie Romar makes me laugh, so I am doing it. $440 on the Waves, plus a $400 parlay on the Waves AND the Over.

Honestly, I thought this game started later.

Romar is a "Dead Man Walking". This is his Last WCC tourney as Coach of the Waves.
Josh is a better Coach than Perry.... but he has only 4 days to reassemble the team. I'd suggest to most , Don't watch this game. Not for the feint of heart.......

Tigers are 0-5 against the spread when a Dog between 7-13 points.
Waves are 0-5 against the spread in their last 5 neutral site games.

Capital is precious so:

$44 on the OVER 151

Here's hoping you fare better than the Tigers. I was worried we might surpass are low of 39 at Reno....To think our one away victory was AT CALIFORNIA (Berkeley)....

I'll look for those 'live bets'..... Break the bank.

Oh man did I make a mistake taking these Tigers. This might be the worst intra WCC game in recent history. Maybe all time?

It is my understanding that Mallette is hurt.

Are the Waves fired up with something to prove for Coach LoRo, or are the Tigers not motivated to play for Coach Newman?

Probably a combination of both, but 26-0 out of the gate????
