Very much the same - I had 'desensitisation' treatment when I was 10 or 11 which involved having to be injected with increasing levels of pollen daily over three months. I was given a box full of little bottles, some glass syringes and verbal instuctions about how to inject myself. I twice ended up with anaphylactic shock and passed out - once when I was on my own in the house. Nobody called an ambulance or did anything, it was just one of those things. Can't imagine any of that - the bottles or the response - happening now.
I've had two hospital allergy tests in recent years, both coming up with grass and unspecified tree pollen as the villains of the piece. The evenings are bad - also not a bbq fan for that reason - but it also comes on after I've been outside. Not during but after. I can spend 2-3 hours out running without a problem but 15 mins after stopping on it comes. Or 15 mins after riding the bike any distance.
Thank you for your support...
