Surprisingly, some employers are realising that ordinary minion staff can work without much supervision.
In my last employment, my supervisor was removed and 3 months later, the employer said our work rate had increased. He was slowing the workforce down when constantly changing what the staff were already doing efficiently.
Not in the VMCC myself and these days, i am not a member of any bike club. The Exeter club was spoilt when most riders began riding on classic bike runs using new bikes about 15 years ago. The membership dropped by half. As this movement was taking place and the older members moved on to a higher level than Earth, it was becoming apparent that the ones on new bikes had little knowledge of old bikes so meetings about old bikes were odd in that no one could discuss them. Most of them were talking about the latest coats, luggage etc.
The Exeter British motorcycle club gained ground as members defected. Very few new bikes on their rides.
