I tend to recount my 'riding again' experience partly for general interest when appropriate but primarily to add encouragement to others in a similar position, and even due to age induced arthritis. From time to time I contribute support to my surgeon's 'Brachial Plexus Rehab Centre', the Nat'l Ass'n for Bikers with a Disability (NABD), and a couple of m/bike individuals with this apparently rather common motorcycling injury.
The principle being that inevitably it will be difficult to accomplish with one hand any task involving something designed for use with two hands. It's just a question of modification, practice and failing a few times at first.
