In short, a mechanic had an accident on a road test, car driver at fault. He claims psychological damage means he can't work on bikes or ride any more. His employers move him to sales. He opts to change career.
Since then, he's ridden his own bike in Scotland, a hire bike in Bali and got a new job with another bike dealer, where he rides bikes. He has however successfully claimed £61k for the worry he feels if he rides a bike as he might have an accident.
Am I being a bit harsh to say this is nonsense?
