Because, Lannis, at the bottom of each thread, in my browser, it says, "View thread >>" and, if I click on that, all the posts in the thread are displayed. I started reading a thread entitled, "Recreational riding during lockdown: a solicitors opinion" and that's exactly how it started; then it drifts off into "the country's going to the dogs" drivel about British immigration policy and childish nonsense about some ineffective has-been politician. Why should I, or anyone, have to wade through that cobblers just to find out if there is actually any more about a English lawyer's informed opinion on recreational riding during the English lockdown?
I know you also contribute to the BritBike Forum. Remind us of the last time there you were able to post political shyte in the middle of a thread about an entirely different subject and said political shyte remained undeleted by the nearest moderator?
If it's acceptable to most contributors that the selfish, self-obsessed and self-absorbed can post drivel about British immigration policy, ineffective has-been politicians and similar vaguely motorcycling-related subjects on IKBA, I know it's a radical idea but they could start new threads, titled say, "Opinionated political bollox" or similar? Then those of us totally uninterested in them and their opinions would have a fighting chance of avoiding them?
Thank you for your support...
