I know what a shock it can be when they tell you what is happening and what has to be done. I wonder if you have AF Atrial Fibulation whether they will want to fit a pacemaker to control your heart.
Will you need a by pass or two if they couldn't fit a stent? That's what they did to me.
My AVR (Aortic Valve Replacement) and CABG (Cardiac Artery Bypass Graft) were the solution. It was actually seven years ago next Wednesday. As long as you let them do their work and follow their advice on lifestyle etc post op you will be fine.
