Cycling in France a few years ago, at times I kept up with various neat little single seat pensioners cars pootling about.
Wondered if they were state supplied. Much the same as with cyclists, motorists were very respectful to them.
One model looked like a micro range rover and sounded like a four stroke single. Not never heard a word about them since.
