Got to hospital at 1 hour before appointment and they decided to proceed early. By 9.15, the surgery was all finished then wait about 90 minutes for the pathology. The result was no cancer found at all and it might have been a mutant sweat gland. This was growing for 25 years and diagnosed by 3 doctors as a wart and 1 doctor as a cancer cell. The operating doctor just cut it off based on the cancer diagnosis. After the result of the path lab, another round of jabs and then stitched up with no further appointment needed as long as it heals. The wound looks bad but that is 7am today after taking off the dressing. I can see very well. Pleasant staff and very little going on at this hospital as they are spacing out the patients. After the surgery, they make a cup of tea in the waiting room so no one goes out wondering around for a drink. I am just pleased it was not a cancer. Staying indoors for another day as rest was advised. Before and after pics
