Trouble is with these "smart" motorways is that there is no "safe" place to go in the even of a breakdown.
Too many people on the road being distracted by all the gadgets in their "fully connected cars" dont keep their eyes on the road and just run into the back of broken down cars.
Not "smart" at all...
Who needs a signature anyway......
