Give that man a cigar, yes a Riedel R100. Norbert Riedel designed a 2 stroke engine starter for the Luftwaffe's first jet engine. After the war set ups a motorcycle manufacture. Sadly he was a better engineer that a business man, the factory closed in 1951. Too many corners were cut (1) to keep the price down and (2) due to material shortages. Lots where made, few survived, large numbers of warranty claims proved to be too much. The machine was known as the Imme (meaning Bee)

Note the single side front fork and swinging arm (which also acts as the exhaust) all made from 1 4m length of 50mm tube, the max he was allowed per machine at the time.
