in ten years I've never toured before with it in the U.K.

I had to change plans last summer when travel to the Continent was suspended - a week in the Lakes, followed by a week in the Cotswolds rather than 3 weeks in Europe with MH & bikes on trailer.

If this year's crossing is cancelled again (actually last year's crossing re-booked) I will be leaving the MH at home - it will be more fun ! If we can travel within the UK but not go abroad, then a few Premier Inn / Travelodge overnights will be booked & link them together on the bikes instead.

Giving serious consideration to selling the MH if going to Europe is not possible / too much hassle. Long weekends in the UK are OK-ish, but not extended stays. The MH only justifies itself as a means to a European end for me.
