I know that people here are not going to continue to allow the level of government control and media-generated fear that we've live under for the past year to continue much longer.
Viruses of all kinds are floating in the air all the time. We've got to get over it and get back to living life without being afraid to look each other in the eye, shake hands, assemble together, and all the other things that are important for human society.
In my own life, I just can't imagine the level of fear and self-limitation that a lot of people seem to think they have to live under.
I like Theodore Roosevelt's quote:
“The things that will destroy America are prosperity-at-any-price, peace-at-any-price, safety-first instead of duty-first, the love of soft living and the get-rich-quick theory of life.”
We're well on our way. "Be Safe" is the only thing anyone thinks about any more. Freedom and human interaction are secondary now.
So not only "not permanent" but "very temporary".
