So this is my Stelvio. "Looks Like" an Adventure or Dual Purpose or whatever, but I didn't buy it for that.
I bought it because it has more legroom and seatroom for two long-legged riders than any other bike we sat on, including Gold Wings and Harleys. It's the best transcontinental highway cruiser I've ever had, and we've used it for that a lot in the last 60,000 miles.
I'd never in this world take this big top-heavy 105 HP b@stard off into the toolies ... some gravel, maybe, or rough pavement, but no "off-road" adventures. It would stomp me into the trail like a tent-peg if I came off.
But that doesn't make me a "poser" for buying it. It does the job I bought it for very well!
