They could have, maybe, actually updated it!
Perhaps they are in the same boat as the rest of us - they haven't a clue what is going on ?
Perhaps also the EU Post Brexit Punishment Regime Committee has yet to meet to make the process more complex, expensive and more needlessly bureaucratic than it need be, so no one knows.
