Oxford heated grips are the most popular. They do 2 types: replacements for existing grips or wrap over ones that can be moved from bike to bike. Control knobs are easier to adjust with gloves on than small buttons.
Keis & Gerbing are commonest heated gloves but can be stiff & bulky so less feel for the controls & make sure they fit inside or over your jacket sleeves. Both battery & hardwired options are available.
It's best to have gloves & grips wired to a switched live feed so they go off when ignition is off.
Large handguards can make a real difference too, or use handlebar muffs (there’s Tucano ones that will fit over handguards and some have a window so you can see the switch gear).
