My irritating Neighbour has made his hous all techy and things like blinds electronic has the obligitory doorbell camera modern lighting etc but the outside of the house is a disaster nothing properly finished. We had a hell of a row six months ago as there was not a day when a power tool was not being used and lorries delivering building supplies buggering up my drive..
But with all this electronic wizardry his van battery keeps going flat and has to jump start it from his wife's brand new Skoda.... The other week he fitted a solar battery charger to it that still didn't work so now its got a mains cable running to it..
