Spriddler, I have asked a friend who gets small batches done locally for the contact details. I used to do all his odd jobs but one at a time on a centre lathe is working out expensive even at £5 an hour plus materiel, I doubt if I covered running and consumable costs.
A few years ago I rebushed and spindled a set of girder forks for someone. His coment when I asked for £85 was "That's a lot of money to drill a hole and put a bush in" Yes tightwads abound....
