True, Stuart, but the (rather weak) point I was trying to make (and not very well at that, on reflection) was that 'Zetec' is clearly a made-up word, probably emanating from Ford's publicity people and, I've always assumed (dangerous activity!), meant to be a contraction of 'Z Technology'. But there again, who knows?
