Look at the gear designed for adventure bike riders = similar length, lots of pockets as per Belstaffs. Most have some waist adjustment straps instead of a belt but have the advantage of far better waterproofing and ventilation. Although the fashion is for them to be grey/sand/khaki etc they are available in plain old black.
