Jerry - most of these LED lamps are really good now.

I have one similar to yours above out in the garage, and has proven really useful over the years, I also have an old school style inspection lamp with a hook on the end again LED, I got that to replace a "proper" old style inspection lamp (metal cage etc) that I inherited from my Grandad !!

I also have a small hand held LED torch which my Mum bought me several christmases ago which uses 2 C size batteries, the beam from that thing is brilliant, since getting that one my years old Maglite (which was expensive back in the day) which takes 2 D size batteries has been retired, although you can get LED bulbs for them.

No doubt lighting has come a long way, one of the better things that technology has given us, unless it is the stupidly bright brake / tail lights fitted to cars but that is another story.
