Back to the topic. The perpetrator was the worst of all lowlife. Not only did he do the most despicable crime I've ever known during my lifetime, he showed just how cowardly he was by topping himself straight away. The only consolation was we didn't have the cost of putting the evil bas**rd up at Her Majesty's Pleasure for years.
Regarding the ban we will never know how many more such crimes would have been committed since but I think we're safe in thinking there must be quite a few.
Sorry the ban put a few people out but this country is a whole lot safer for it.
