because of the cost of the unit , very few dealers keep in stock and they are drop shipped , this unit came directly from sealey on tue morn
the dealer (who I paid) are being helpful and are arranging for the unit to be collected , they are not happy and did not realise that the unit (and possably others they sell) are not genuine autel units designated for the uk and containing "UK Support Tag and E.U. Support card." one oher type of unit they do have on there shelf (suplied by sealey , also does not include the correct paperwork , and the dealer said he laughed when he booted his unit up and so the fake splash screen,

seeley themselves are not being particularly helpful , and a simple request for tech help in getting the unit to work has resulted in a reply "As the device cannot be found when linking to the PC there is nothing further we can advise."

so much for tech support ,

I have just recieved this email from sealey , it basicly states that they are not uk bound products and have not been suplied by autel.com or autel.co.uk "I am not fully aware of the agreements in place regarding the product, but they are not from Autel in UK or EU, but from Autel in the far east. As such will not be supported by Autel in the UK."

yes they are grey market imports with no uk support , sold at double the aliexpress price with basicly the same support
