+1. Absolutely. Paypal "protection" is fig-leaf compared to Section 75.
When a Spanish car-hire company tried to screw me for "damage", because I'd paid by credit card, Lloyds had a cattle-prod up MasterCard's arse 'til the Spaniards backed down. Paypal would've been less than useless.
