These T120 heads are almost impossible to find in good condition with no fin damage or threads knackered. This one still has all threads as original except that exhaust port. My old head will sell for quite a bit of money when i remove it as that has all threads in perfect shape and the weld would be quite simple on the small crack.
I need to just be able to swap them over so as the bike stays useable without waiting for a weld repair. The crack might grow as it is into a steel insert used for the head bolts. Not looked for 3 years when i last took it off. Good waste of time during lockdown i suppose.
Many of the spares i have collected have trebled in value since buying so might be ready for sale soon. A rear conical wheel would be around 160 pounds now. I bought a brand new old stock one at 130 pounds 10 years ago at Popham. Perfect Dunlop rim on it. At the time, that was a high price but i knew that my rusty wheel would rise in a few years. These old spares are quite an investment and often double in value after just 3 years storage.
